Based on eligibility, legal services may be  provided to PJB members through the Philadelphia Joint Board Welfare Fund and Meranze, Katz & Gaudioso, P.C. 

The Fund provides free-of-charge legal consultation, assistance, services, and representation to eligible active members and retirees, in matters relating to their legal affairs and problems.

Free services include: legal advice and consultation, wills, powers of attorney, preparation of deeds, uncontested divorce proceedings, child custody, and child support.  Members pay costs only.  Reduced-fee representation is available for other types of cases.

Members may make appointments with attorneys by calling the union office.
